Very rude staff, This should NOT be a Hilton branded hotel in my opinion. Rooms are getting really bad as well.
Great check-in experience, but the rooms appear very old and tiny, comfortable, but tiny.
They don't even answer the phone!
Being under the Hilton name, I expected much better! The entire place is very dated, needs a serious deep clean, and is way overpriced. I am a HH member and typically look for a Hilton when I travel, but the Hilton chain has really lost its luster. This location is a prime example. There are horrible stains ALL OVER the carpet throughout the hallways. The furniture in my room was also extremely stained.
