No hot water in shower or sink, and rooms are booked full due to storm workers in town so no accommodations or reimbursements because they are booked solid and have the upper hand this week.
There is currently no hot water because the boiler is broken. Management is aware of the issue and continues to rent rooms without disclosing it to guests. I am staying here for work and raised my concern after having to go to a local gym just to take a hot shower. I am scheduled to remain here for three more weeks. dirty rooms , no toilet paper, roaches, poor front desk service.
It was a little run down. Rust in the bathtub. I gave 2 stars due to no hot water. It was reported. The front desk clerk told us to run the sink to force hot water to the room. It didn't work. Lukewarm water. And also the air-condition unit was broken. So you either froze..or felt like you were in a sauna.
I stay here regularly. Room service is every other day. They missed the room service on my last stay and when I reminded them about it they didn’t correct the issue. Uncharacteristic of a Hilton franchise hotel.
