The website advertises free breakfast but they charge you $18 per person. Scammy The shower faucet was not working properly—only 50% of water would be sent to the shower head, the other 50% leaked. There are better hotels in the area.

I had a mixup with my airport shuttle. Immediately the manager Ravmeet came to my rescue, understood the mixup and offered to solve it by driving me to the airport in his own car. Excellent service and excellent manager. Would 100% recommend to anyone else

This hotel is very pricey for what you get. No continental breakfast and was very disappointed to find out there would be no wifi available. I feel like there should be discounts given if wifi is down. The cable TV sucks and barely any channels work. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Directly outside our window to our room was the HVAC system which is extremely loud 24/7. Good luck if you like sleeping with the window open. There’s a lot of hotels in the area. Consider this location as a last option. Upon arrival from a long drive, Hotel reception is very basic, very subpar. Although when I reached my room, I received a “warm welcome” so warm that according to the thermostat display it was 33C. I thought it will cool down but until 9 pm, it’s still hot. I have to transfer to a room which the staff that went up is helpful and accommodating. Probably the only accommodating one.
