Sales director named Alex was extremely Rude, condescending and unhelpful with our phone interaction before checkin, and I am a 20+ year Diamond. I have stayed at this property 1 time before with pleasant experience. WOW is what I say. I am a HHonors guest for 27 years.
Pros: -Beautiful location and property. -Rooms very clean -Great Bar and food is fresh and surprisingly good. -Near Amtrak -Secluded from heavy traffic but city is very accessible - CHECKOUT at 12pm Cons: -Expensive - They charge for parking - For real? - They charge for usable internet - For real? -Front desk staff is not great and definitely not interested in helping you. -Last call at bar is 9:45pm - pillows are TERRIBLE.

Overall nice, modern and comfortable. I stayed in river view suite for a week. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Bed and bathroom and work station nice. Fitness center simple but nice and clean for a little pump/cardio/stretch. Kitchenette was small and disappointing, no full fridge or cookware, no dishes/utensils.
