Property is on the riverfront providing great views, dog walking, close to shops and Pybus Market also close to a boat launch for quality people watching.
Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Over charged, no breakfast, rude staff seriously yelling at customers. Fights breaking out and cops were called. Never staying at this location again
Good location and clean good sized rooms with friendly staff. Had a noisy heater and some construction plastic on our river view room, also the water for coffee was missing but a quick text message got it resolved. Not sure why paid parking it’s not like the hotel is in a major city like Seattle or Portland. Having to pay for breakfast after you’re used to having it included in the room charge may sway me to stay elsewhere for my next visit.
