My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The stay itself was fine but upon checking out they were going to charge us a smoking fee. Neither of us smoke and they printed us out a report and showed us where it detected smoke for 30 mins. They charged our card $300 and told us all we could do was file a complaint with our card company. Upon doing some research we have assumed it was my husbands asthma inhaler that set it off. My wife and I both are in late 60s early 70s we were on the last night of a dream vacationChecked in at Hilton ********** Waikiki on 3-10-24@ 6:45 pm , put our luggage down and went to hotel restaurant immediately.Came back to room at approximately 9 pm.
