Mixed review honestly, this is the first time we stay at a hilton property with bad service, rollover beds have never been such a huge issue, not even in vegas hilton properties, the main reason we booked this hotel was because they are listed as add ons, unfortunately front desk staff was extremely condescending, we arrived after a 3 hour drive expecting to take a hot shower and go to bed, instead we stayed up until midnight waiting for a response for the roll away bed that we require for very specific reasons, we dealt wit... read more
Not bad location and lot of places to go to for fun and restaurants all within a short distance, that I noticed while looking for place to eat while I was in the area. Easy to get into and out of, didn't have any problems with service personally. Room was okay, though keep in mind I stayed for only a night so I didn't bother with trying to get a change. This Hilton hotel needs a proper renovation as everything feels old and worn. We had room 226 and the sound of the highway and early guest cars leaving was too loud because of old windows. I expect more from the Hilton brand.
Bed bugs, water all over the carpet from a whirl pool tub that's located in the main bedroom. The jets are so powerful that the water shoots straight out of the tub...... yup, that was me. Not to mention the TV stations are connected via antenna and there are (literally) only 10 stations to choose from. One was in black and white. 3 were Spanish soaps.
