Nice newly upgraded hotel that met all my needs. Like expected from a Hilton property it was clean and people were nice. The location was good and I felt safe. I am a tub guy and it had a nice tub. One touch that I thought was an unexpected touch was the nice Herman Miller office chair, it was so comfy!!
I have had repeated negative experiences with an employee named Jennifer Luna at the Hilton Garden Inn in Victorville. I previously reported two serious incidents via email to the General Manager, but unfortunately, there has been no response and no management presence during my stay to address these issues. Third incident — weekend of 8/24/25: My brother-in-law was at the front desk waiting in line to speak with Jennifer.
