The manager Araceli Gonzales and her staff are frauds. They refusing to refund me for a night that I did not stay. They have misrepresented my receipt to fraudulently charge me. The manager has refused to return any of my calls but keeps telling staff that she will call me back but never does. I checked in to the Hilton Garden Inn Victoria the late evening of July 4, 2025. Stopped here for a relaxing weekend. The pool was very dirty, rooms beds where good but pillows suck. The bar tender was great, but the guy at the front desk was horrible. The girl for the front desk was good. Kitchen for the restraunt closed before 9:30 on Friday but was supposed to be open til 10. So we had to leave to go get dinner. Honestly the WIFI was slow and the TV had no channels. For the price per night I expected more and from the lobby more should have been delivered.
