Disappointing Breakfast – Not Hilton Garden Standard As a frequent Hilton traveler with nearly 100k Honors points, I know what to expect—especially at Hilton Garden Inns. I paid for breakfast here expecting the usual cooked-to-order omelet and decent service. Instead, I was told the fresh breakfast would cost extra, and all I got was a basic buffet. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tucson Airport on July 23. I'd had a few travel hassles before that, and I had trouble checking in (my fault). Monica at the front desk went out of her way to help me get my problem solved, and she was kind and empathetic throughout the process. She really went above and beyond. The hotel itself was great: clean, convenient, tasty breakfast. And free shuttle to the airport showed up when it was supposed to at got me to the airport in 5 minutes.

Comfortable stay, preferred hotel by the airport. Very kind front desk staff. Better than courtyard
