Dont expect to work out or swim while being a guest. The pool is full of grown/elderly men walking through the gym and swimming with in the pool. They are not hotel guests this hilton rents the pool to some swimming company that allows adults with there kids to take over the pool and fitness area. While they have signs posted that its only for guests. DO NOT COME HERE. I WAS COMING HERE THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND HAVE CANCELED MY STAY. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE WHEN IN TORONTO AREA.
I stayed with my friend here as a guest. The reception lady Marie wouldn't even acknowledge me and was super friendly with my friend because i believe she thought the room was under her name so she must be extra cheesy with her. Numerous times i went in and out she didnt even greet me. I felt disrespected and it ruined my mood. The room still looks same as it did 20 years ago. The rooms and staff are on par with other Hilton facilities. Their evening host/ bar tender is actually exactly who they need in that position. She is amicable and engaging in her role.
Horrible pool. But other wise its decent. Rooms are proper and clean
