Very satisfied with my stay! Already planning my next one! A great facility, the neighbourhood is calm and pretty, the rooms are perfect and the service was truly excellent.
The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming. Check in was fast, they dealt with issues fast. The property and rooms are mostly clean and inviting. Beds and linings are very comfortable and room well appointed. Unfortunately they're were some issues with our stay. First off when we got to the room the large chair had very peculiar white stains. I really wanted to give a better review but it is what it is. I checked in and found the toliet didn't flush, I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up. No one came, so after over an hour I went down to the front desk. The clerk walkieed the house cleaner who said she had already been to my room and it was fine. I was sitting there the whole time, no-one came so why lie. I told the front desk this but was brushed off and told to go back to my room.
