Rooms were “okay” service was terrible and they don’t even offer a breakfast. They offer a “paid continental” which is just as expensive as going to a restaurant for half the quality. Abysmal experience as a customer. Do not recommend

We are Diamond members with Hilton and stay more than 60 nights a year, so we have a lot of experience with Hilton’s different brands. Unfortunately, this stay reinforced why we have become increasingly frustrated with the Garden Inn brand as a whole. The biggest issue for us is the way Garden Inn has chosen to handle the Diamond breakfast benefit. The cost of the damage deposit was as much as our room, but perhaps they're accustomed to damage. The second and third floors were overrun by 110 overwound exchange students who were loud late into the evening. All things considered, my "Hilton Honors" (?) experience was on par with Quality Inn stays I've had at a fraction of the Hilton price. The hallway carpets are worn and reeking of odour cover-up scent, our double Queen beds looked and felt more like doubles, and the shower water pressure is timid. No free breakfast, bu... read more
