Terrible hold policy 300 bucks no matter what. I am a Hilton lifetime diamond. Was treated like crap when I asked about it. I am certain I was targeted as a American and was treated like I was because of it. I have never seen a hotel in 20 years take a hold of 300 bucks. I also got down graded to a regular room as the system when I check in online in the app upgraded me and even checked me into the room. Not good
Rooms were good size, clean and comfy. Mandeep at Reception was very welcoming. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly and courteous.
Wish any negative star option available. Poor customer service. Their buffet as usual like other hotel . So no needs to pay etc buffet here , worst is customer service people siting at front desk
