I used to stay here often in 2016–2017 for business trips and was always happy. I came again in 2022 with my family, and it was great. This time has been horrible. We booked a suite for 2 nights. At check-in, I asked the front desk to have the sofa bed made. He told me to do it myself since the sheets were in the room. Im not paying $300/ night to do ot mysekf! We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. The sheets and pillows smelled of body odor. They didn’t have internet and hallway carpets seemed like they had not been cleaned in ages. The next morning we asked front desk to change the sheets and towels yet no one showed up the entire day. In Toronto, I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, Proximity to YYZ airport, Great breakfast, in-suits Kitchen in rooms. Everything was good.
