Honestly, so surprised by how nice this hotel is.
Excellent service and hotel was very clean. Needed an accessible room as we had not booked one and even though they were fully booked found a way to accommodate us without inconvenience the other guests. Went above and beyond Breakfast servers very pleasant and professional made sure that we had everything we needed.
The room was fine other than the pipes in the bathroom that sounded like a jackhammer was going off. After the first sleepless night due to this, I made the front desk aware and they said they would send maintenance to look. The second night it was the same thing all over again, so another sleepless night. In the morning I asked the front desk again and they said maintenance had found nothing wrong.
