We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. The sheets and pillows smelled of body odor. They didn’t have internet and hallway carpets seemed like they had not been cleaned in ages. The next morning we asked front desk to change the sheets and towels yet no one showed up the entire day. In Toronto, I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, Proximity to YYZ airport, Great breakfast, in-suits Kitchen in rooms. Everything was good.
Theres a Robot that brings you towels. Do I need to say anymore?
Here is good and clean place for a family and others. Reception was very kind and friendly atmosphere. Facilities was well organized. Only thing I wondered there was no body wash. Other than that everything was good.
