Poor customer service. I contacted 4 times requesting a room block for a wedding and every time I’m told someone will contact me by the end of the day. I’ve also emailed and there’s still no response 2 months later.
First thing you experience when you walk in from the parking garage is the smell of raw sewage. Not very pleasant. Then I was given a room 4:07 and experienced loud noises from the heating and ventilation system. So loud I couldn't sleep so I got moved to 1307 which is just far enough away that it's only a faint humming noise. I do not recommend, keep driving.
There was a mouse in the lobby, you have to pay for parking and we weren’t told about that until after we booked the room. They added 2 tips onto my bill that I never chose and a bunch of other random fees and charges
We had a nice stay. The hotel is well furnished, clean and comfortable. One small issue is the lack of lighting in the room. Bring a torch.
