I deleted a previous five star review to this one star. As a Hilton DIAMOND member of over 16 years, I have utilized digital check-in for every single night stay. I am the person who is easily staying at over 60 nights in a year with Hilton. I have NEVER been denied a free Diamond member upgrade at any Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn, even at this hotel in the past when I stayed here, nor in any state upon arrival, until this past night's stay. Nice, clean and quiet
Stayed while working a vendor event there. Very clean, felt welcome from the time I arrived, till we left. Beautiful place, lots of dining options within walking distance.
