They put me in a room with broken phone and broken blinds. The room was on the first floor. Front desk lady lied there was no other room available and they put a maintenance staff with me in a room at 9-9:30 pm after a long day. She was throwing attitude when I told her the broken phones and blinds and requested to change room. Asked if I pressed the button on the wall.
