Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and in a great location. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC unit was extremely loud. My family barely slept.
I stay roughly 60 nights a year in Hilton properties, but will not return to this property beyond current reservations for this year. The property is in a great location, close to campus. Unfortunately, front desk and bar service were below expectations. Room and property in general lack proper upkeep and are in disrepair.
We are diamond members and have stayed at this hotel on many occasions with all of our kids at State. We will NEVER stay here again. It has gone downhill since our last visit a year ago. I do not know if the management is new or different, but our room was filthy. The toilet was dirty. The lamps were covered in filth. There was no toilet paper, however they left the empty rolls on the holder.
