All of the Staff that I interacted with were genuinley friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and beds comfortable.

I stayed here over Christmas and it was adequate. My room and bathroom were clean, no mold or smells. The hotel was quiet and very conveniently located. The interior is dated and slightly worn. After the room had been cleaned the beds looked like they had been made by my teenager. All in all, it was fine, just not what I would expect from a Hilton.

This hotel was designed by an architect that never stayed at a hotel. Room was a beat up. The door to the bathroom was on a rail that either closed the closet or the bathroom. This created a "zero sum door", as my wife put it, since when she was using the closet I couldn't leave the bathroom. It also doesn't lock, which can be a problem if someone is staying with small kids that have a tendency to open doors on someone trying to use the bathroom. This was not the worst room we have ever stayed in, but it was close. The hallway leading to the room was not clean at all. The room was okay, but the bathroom really needed an overhaul. In the shower, more water ran down the wall than through the shower head. My husband had to tighten the toilet seat as it was about to slide off. There must have been some serious rough housing in the bathroom prior to our visit because I can’t imagine these points would have gone unnoticed otherwise.
