Great location. Hotel is going through a much needed remodel. Room was adequate but could use a deep cleaning. Amanda's service at the front desk was excellent. She made check in fun. Starr's service during our Friday breakfast was excellent. She made are breakfast experience very uplifting.
Place is in need of cleaning & is under construction. They had signs posted about the construction, but for a Hilton property it was subpar at best. No worthwhile amenities and everything extra costs above and beyond your reservation fees. Other hotels in the area are much cheaper and offer much more for your money.
Worst experience ever at a Hilton branded hotel. Bugs (I believe carpet beetles) in both beds I have pictures. 3 in one queen bed and one in the other. They were alive. Moved to another room and no bugs there but the beds under the sheets were dirty and evidence of dead bugs. Exterior access door locks didn’t work. One would not unlock and one would not lock at all. Overall the inside of the hotel appeared dirty and dated and not maintained. We had to leave the hotel at 12:05 am because of all this, ruined our trip.
