Stayed here for the weekend to tour around St. Louis. Hotel was easy to get to and find. Our room was a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Our fridge didn’t work but was replaced within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The elevators smelled like some chemical which was off putting but that was the only place it smelled. Pool was a little dirty and could use a cleaning. Over all pleasant stay.
The staff at this Hilton Garden Inn are truly five-star — incredibly welcoming, kind, and some of the best hotel personnel I’ve encountered. Their hospitality made a lasting impression and deserves to be highlighted. The breakfast was solid, earning four stars. Good variety and quality, though not quite exceptional.
