I reget a two on any business, but especially this one because I really tried to avoid it with strong communication to the local leadership team on multiple occasions. After two different stays within months this is the result. The Hilton Garden Inn at the airport needs an overhaul. So many issues that I'm embarrassed to list them. Amanda was amazing!! The hotel is clean. The room was nice and big with a comfy bed! We planned to stay a night and park at another place for vacation. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and take their shuttle to the airport!
This place is just ok. Furniture is dusty, unmaintained, and needs love. You can tell the owner does not put funds towards regular maintenance. Location was friendly for our trip.
