Roaches! It's a pretty hotel but there are roaches all over it. I'm having trouble sleeping because I'm worried about them crawling on me not to mention now I'll have to have my luggage etc steamed before I can bring it home. You expect better at this price point. If it weren't for the bugs... the bed is comfy and the amenities are nice especially for the middle of Minnesota but naturally I wouldn't stay here again. Yuck.
Ate at Mavericks fantastic and tasty food. Plus service with a smile!
Subject of poor management. This hotel and the rooms are beautiful, but the service is lacking. I can hear people walking on the floor above so I would suggest to get a top floor room. Do not buy the buffet. I thought we could treat ourselves and pay a little extra for the breakfast buffet instead of staying in a hotel with continental breakfast.
