The rooms here are spacious, modern, and quite clean. Housekeeping does a great job and everything was in order during our stay. Even though the hotel is located on a main road, it is surprisingly quiet—we couldn't hear the street noise at all. However, there are a few downsides to keep in mind: Parking: At $25 per day, it's quite expensive. You’re better off looking for free parking in the side streets nearby. If you can avoid to stay here… do yourself a favor: don’t. This is probably the worst managed Hilton Garden Inn we’ve stayed at. Pity.
One of the best experiences at a hotel so far, the staff was very nice and helpful, my wife and I got a room with a king bed and the room was very clean and our bed was extremely comfortable, the clerk at the front desk was really polite. We'll definitely be coming back on our next visit to St. Augustine!!!!
Super disappointed with our stay. The attitude of the front desk clerk, while checking in was as if we were inconveniencing her. We let the Desk know in the morning our toilet and TV were not working hoping they would be repaired but three hours later but nothing. My wife accidentally used her key in another room and it opened. My wife travels a bit for work and being a father of six girls this is extremely concerning.
