Beautiful hotel and very clean. Nicholas was extremely attentive, professional and accommodating. It was only a one night stay but when we come back, this will absolutely be where we stay.
Be prepared to pay for everything. 30 a day for parking. Plus you pay for breakfast which is worse the some free ones ive had. Rooms are clean tho.
Location is good, near the old city and fort of St. Augustine. However, you’re supposed to be a guest right? What guest has to pay extra for parking and breakfast? This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where I paid an extra 30.00 to park, or to eat breakfast. Can’t say l’ll be returning. Value: not good.
I am very disappointed. I am a brain cancer survivor and my kids thought it would be nice to book me a one year post cancer/ birthday vacation to one of my favorite places- st Augustine. While the booking site does say non refundable I was hoping management would have some sort of compassion and show some grace due to the fact I cannot drive almost 7 hours because my right leg loses circulation when I’m idle more than 30 minutes which ultimately causes the right side of my face and head to swell ( the surgery site).
