Room not ready at 6pm. Then they charge $30 a day to park. No valet. This is a Fairfield not the Ritz

This is a beautiful hotel and the room was gorgeous! Only steps from the trolley depot to go downtown St Augustine! I was not feeling well and the hotel provided me some crackers and tea. The GM on site took time to give me hints about the area!! When I return definitely staying here again!!

This was our third stay at this hotel in four years, and unfortunately, the standard has declined significantly. The hotel is poorly maintained and not thoroughly cleaned. The shower corners were black with mold and grime. The first room we were given, despite requesting a quiet room, was directly on the street and smelled old and musty. Disaster..... Checked in and they put the wrong checkout date on our car parking slip and keys. Key to room deactivated the next day due to wrong date in their key system. NO MAID SERVICE ever occurred. Had to go and beg for towels. Ran out of toilet paper.... yeah , no maid service and not one extra roll of toilet paper. No coffee in room after day one since no maid service. TV - what a joke. A little square antenna was in the room so you got over the air crappy channels.
