Excellent staff. Great food. One of the best Garden inns in the western U.S.
Got there Tuesday, checked out Friday and no housekeeping services were done at all. Called the front desk and the guy said he "didn't know." The girl working overnight is extremely rude. She completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention. Great location by the airport but the staff here sucks! They need some serious training on customer service. It feels like they're forced to be there.
Close to the airport, clean rooms, updated lobby and always friendly and helpful staff.
Clean hotel, friendly receptionists.
