(Evening March 4, Morning March 5) Service Staff main desk were friendly, kind, personable, and helpful (* * * * *). We had at least 5 interactions over 18 hours. And scheduling the use of the shuttle from/to Santa Rose Airport was easy and the drivers friendly, too. Dining Room Service Staff had some issues and some elements of the breakfast and coffee were substandard resulting in the multiple-stars' loss. The Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport is in a great and convenient central location with easy access. Nearby are several restaurants and a pond area that you can explore during your stay.
