Clean rooms and site. Friendly staff. Nice, clean pool.
There was a charter bus full of youth baseball players all over the hotel. There no luggage carts at a late check-in. The front desk did not care. Not their fault or problem. An employee had to tell every guest that the normally complementary breakfast was only for the baseball team unless my family of 3 paid $18.00 each. There were no luggage carts at check-in out. Kids were running everywhere pushing elevator buttons and running away. No one seemed to realize that they worked at a Hilton Garden Inn.
I just want to take the time to thank the staff for their amazing customers service. Front the front desk to the room attendants. I stayed here for 2 months and they would always check on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Made my stay an enjoyable one and look back to coming whenever I’m in town.
