hii! i stayed here last week for my gfs bday and the hotel is clean and check in and check out was incredibly quick. the room we stayed in was clean but the bathroom walls and ceiling did need some repair. however the bathroom was incredibly spacious and accessible for wheelchair users! the cleaning staff did unfortunately put my shirt i had left on the bed onto the hotel carpet 😔 like damn queen that was my last jammy shirt wth! petty stuff aside there was plenty of parking underneath the hotel and everything is very acces... read more
This hotel needs to be renovated when you walk in the lobby you can smell like the chlorine from the pool in the rooms the bathroom the shower had a crack in the wall. Another room that we were in there was another crack in the wall as well. The refrigerator didn’t get cold enough. They don’t have ice machines on every floor. Nice large beds! Choose your own breakfast from the buffet.
Such a nice stay in Connecticut, the rooms were spacious but honestly the best part was the service Nick and Angelina were so welcoming, kind and communicative. They made our stay great!
