Hilton dropped the ball. Customer service was good but to many problems. U could see the cracks in the service. First our bed was covered in hair and had to have the bed remade. Than the bathroom hair again also found human crap on the shower linen. Than the toilet started backing up into our room. Tried to go to the restaurant two times but was told it was closed to not enough staff. Being next to Boeing I would think this hotel would be running on all cylinders and making money.
Amazing location right next to the airfield, was so cool to see the airplanes being tested right infront of the room. The service was phenomenal thanks to Brian and it was a great place to stay for a short trip.
