Do not stay here. Due to a system outage, I was not given the room or floor I selected, my room key didn’t work, and the hallway phone was dead. When I went to the front desk to address these issues, the staff member was incredibly rude and hostile. When I voiced my frustration, instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, he told me to pack up and leave the hotel. He is hands down the rudest person I have ever encountered at any hotel. When visiting family in Everett, this is where we stay. It’s nice and clean. They have a nice gym, the front desk is very nice. The only downfall is asking $17 for breakfast.
After initial solid impression, was disappointed by delivery of hilton honors benefits. Food and beverage credit didn't come close to covering continental breakfast. Add to that the food was cold. Have found HGI's a mixed bag and this location no different. Room was okay and being adjacent to Boeing was the only plus.
Friendly front desk when we arrived near midnight. Clean, modern hotel. Comfortable bed. Restaurant open 6am to 10am. Near Paine Field and Boeing.
