I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have stayed here 3-4 times in the last few months and it has been nothing but perfect. The staff are incredible, the woman at the front desk is fantastic. Always get great service from the restaurant as well, the name on my receipts says Noe. EDIT: I stay here often for work. Last stay the older woman in the restaurant was very not friendly. I have always sat with my dog and had dinner in the lobby, until this visit when she very rudely told me he was not allowed. One of the best damn hotels I've been too. I've never had friendlier staff in my life! It genuinely felt like talking to friends sometimes. Hell I've stayed in 5 star hotels that SUCKED compared to this just on the friendliness factor alone. Don't expect anything flashy; it's a very simple pragmatic kind of hotel, but it's great for that. It's very clean, spacious, and well located too honestly (if you have a car). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Dana even checked with us during our stay to see if we needed anything which was really nice. The room was clean, beds comfortable and the quiet. Loved the blackout shades. The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The restaurant was great, the food was amazing and the staff so accommodating. Great place to stay if you are visiting Seattle but don't want the crazy of downtown. Highly recommended.
The room was a little disappointing, the shower curtain needs replacing, the toilet is lower than should be, the tub shower is small even though the room was huge. Water bottles for $2 was rediculous considering the price for the room. No safe. No soft close toilet seat. Nice breakfast, pool & hot tub
Stayed here for a week when visiting from out of state. This is honestly the best location to stay when coming to visit the Seattle area. Light rail station was about 5 mins away and was convenient for us when we didn’t want to drive. About 30 minute drive to Seattle (we came during the World Cup game, so lots of people) but we had such a great stay here and would be staying again on our next visit!! Thank you!! Also the Alderwood mall is 5 minutes away and I thought it was such a great mall!
