I really dug the location of this hotel. It's located within an easy walk of a few local neighborhoods, which are so much more fun to explore than the overpriced and super commercial tourist zone in downtown Seattle. This hotel feels a bit tired and dated, but my room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming, and I was upgraded to a larger room upon check-in based on my Hhonors Diamond status. Spent a night there last week, my 3 year old found 2 random screws in the bath room. We couldn't locate the towels and didn't know they were in the shower so I requested more towels. When they were delivered there was a big wad of black hair on them.
House keeping opemd door while still in room on checkout day parking pass down had to pay non hotel price and couldn't leave property without risking extra charges
if I could give zero stars I would! The fact that they overcharged me twice and kept hanging up on me when I called and told me I had to leave a message is downright not OK.
Room was spacious and clean. AC unit/heater was rather noisy. Beware parking. It’s listed as $56 on the Hilton app, but there’s a total 25% fee & tax which actually makes it $70/night. I found this rather misleading…Try finding parking nearby; we used SpotHero and found parking within walking distance at nearly half price.
