The front reception staff was very nice and very helpful. Good water pressure in the showers and the hotel is comfortable.
Hilton Garden Inn SeaTac Airport is a fantastic option for anyone flying in or out of SEA, and I’d absolutely stay here again. The hotel feels very new, is spotlessly clean, and has a modern, comfortable vibe throughout. Check-in was seamless using the Hilton Honors app, and I loved that I could check in online and then simply text the hotel when I arrived at the airport to request the shuttle. Careless people. I spoke to front desk minutes after leaving to airport and realizing I don’t have the scarf with me. I was assured they will talk to housekeeping and have it ready for when we returned. When we did return, the Fri t desk had no idea . It’s sad that nowadays nobody cares ! Very sad 😔

This alone is a deal breaker for me hosting any sizeable group for multi-day conferences. Safety: Fire alarm went off, vacating the entire hotel. Good. Now follow up communication. Bad.
