Upon entering the building, I immediately noticed the pleasant atmosphere and the impeccable cleanliness of the foyer. The employees were exceptional, providing clear directions and being extremely helpful. However, upon reaching my room, I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. Unfortunately, the bathroom still had remnants of previous guests, including human hair in the tub and on the shower walls.
