The room was clean, bed co portable. They need improve quality of the food. My Margherita pizza was not...it was a slab of cheese melted on a pita bread with 3 slices of house tomato. That's called tomato and cheese not Margherita. Customer service was very courteous. Security inside was good. Breakfast was decent.
Easy to find and close to everything San Marcos! Plenty parking! Rooms are great in size, have all basic amenities and beds and pillows were comfy with 2 large shades to pull down for blackout! Coffee Keurig and 2 water bottles! Iron, iron board, small closet with hangers, and microwave! 💯 customer service from Destiny at front desk for explaining check out and information about breakfast! Cool hotel. Had a Ground floor room with a great view of the pool area.
What an experience already, being greeted by Jamie and Zaley at the front desk. Super fabulous customer service, quick to answer our questions, it is obvious we made the right choice with this hotel. We will definitely be back!
