Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by multiple issues related to pets at the hotel. During the night, dogs barking made it very difficult for our family to get proper rest. The following morning, we encountered several dogs in the breakfast and lobby areas. Some were even eating directly from tables designated for guests, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Came here to get my daughter away from her dorm room to cheer her up but got to the room so we can binge watch a show but turns out tv are not smart tvs. Can’t even mirror my phone to the tv. Like other Hilton hotels have smart tvs why not this one?
Room was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is a little pricy. But overall a good experience.
Perfect location, comfy bed, amazing responsive staff.
