Check in at 3 but due to housekeeping issues I could not get a room until well after 6 pm despite having checked in earlier with the app. The restaurant isn't open on Sundays which as a business traveller was inconvenient. No in room coffee, only decaf and tea. Throughout my stay the room was cleaned but they never replenished the regular coffee.
No hair dryer and no breakfast included
Really loved everyone at this hotel. All the staff was so nice and charming, I lost my keys for a while and ended up finding them in the fridge of my room. (the keys for tossed into the wrong bag which was then put in the fridge). The front desk and the housekeeping services were very pleasant and understanding. My only piece of feedback is for corporate, you should renovate and add a service elevator because the housekeeping uses the only two elevators on the property and we can (guests) see right into the whole workspace. ... read more
Madi and Dylan were excellent. I was in San Marcos for work. However, I could not locate my reservation. I have stayed at this location several times. Madi made sure I was comfortable for the night, until my company got my room information situated. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. .
