The hotel was nice (relatively new/updated) and clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, especially the staff working the front desk. I ordered breakfast off the menu rather than using the buffet, and I enjoyed the food (which was a large portion and not too expensive). I’d definitely use this hotel again and would recommend! Friendly staff but they didn’t warn me that I might be parking in the neighboring hotel’s parking lot. There wasn’t really any separation and I came out the next morning to a tow warning on windshield. Didn’t even find a sign that was a clear warning that the spot I was in wasn’t available to me. The rooms aren’t sound-insulated from your neighbors or the street, although they are newly renovated and look nice.

I want to give a shout out to the front desk lady! Someone was being so stinky and loud last night that we had to call the front desk for help. The receptionist was very proactive in resolving the issue so I just want to recognize her effort! We eventually got moved to a different floor and it was much much quieter. She also comped us for breakfast that was delicious! Thank you!
