Disappointed by Lack of Empathy During Emergency I’m disappointed with the lack of understanding and flexibility shown by this hotel during an extremely stressful situation. Due to multiple tsunami warnings and repeated flight delays, my company and I ultimately made the decision not to travel—for safety reasons. Would not recommend this Hilton location at all. We had some issues here and tried our best to get them solved with the assistant manager, but she doesn’t care to solve serious issues. Customer service sucks, the rooms are not cleaned. Assistant Manager Ofa doesn’t care to address serious situations in a timely manner. My family checked in June 14-16 and we were given a room that had small pieces of glass shreds on the entryway floor. I stepped in a piece, took pictures and brought this to the Front desk attention.
