No ice machine on our floor. Parking was extra and required. It was close to shops and the freeway. One of the staff was friendly but others were stuck up. The hot tub was very relaxing. Beds and pillows were great.
The service at the front desk was terrible. If you arrive late at night, tired and looking for a place to rest, I do not recommend this place. They made me have a horrible night; I arrived exhausted with my children, and they refused to give me the room—even though I had already paid for it two days prior—simply because of the credit card requirement for the security deposit. room was dirty, accidentally left a bag, called to get it thankfully they let me. my $1200 shoes were missing. reached out to the manager as well as corporate, no solution, no shoes. I really just want my stuff back I’ve yet to hear anything back from anyone!
The staff at the front desk was amazing! She made sure everything was taking care of and she was very helpful.
