2nd time here. Bed - Stiff and uneven. Shower - Minimal water pressure and only gets warm not hot. Had to check 5 floors to find a ice machine that worked. I did not enjoy either stay here.

Walls must be thin. I was ok with this place until hotel staff woke me at 230 on the final night saying my blood glucose alert bothered the guest next door. Apparently it beeped for 30 mins. I doubt that. Apologized and told him the elephants above me the last 2 nights must have checked out allowing me to finally sleep.

I used to work at a hotel as a waiter delivering room service meals, don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’m really disappointed by this stay. I booked the “king suite,” which at most every hotel is the premium room. It cost $280 + $15 breakfast + 10% tax = $330 per night. We stayed both nights, since I don’t expect to get any refund, and wanted to get my money’s worth. Room was clean, got a bay view, not too loud and very close to Stanford Hospital, only 5 minutes away! Parking was a little tricky, however, we checked in very late. There is a parking fee. Digital check in was a breeze as always.
