I stayed at this hotel expecting at least a decent breakfast for the price — but it turned out to be one of the most tasteless meals I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like they served what was left over from two days ago. The food had no flavor, and the selection was minimal. Parking is another issue. There’s no free parking at all. If they simply included the parking fee in the room rate, it wouldn’t feel so frustrating. Instead, you end up paying extra for everything, and it adds up quickly. Amazingly quiet this close to the airport. Very close to Cruise terminal. Perfect if you are transferring to a cruise. Great shower. But no shower chair. Bed was too soft. Couldn't go backwards on any of the tv shows. Housekeeping was only every other day. Staff, especially Amy, were delightful. Very nice to have a restaurant on site. Waitress was Lovely and accommodating. We'd stay here again.

DONT STAY THERE!! NO PARKING (across the street where your car is just out in the open all night) SO THEY CHARGE $60 a night for valet!!wasn’t in our room 5 mins & Something on the carpet (looks like blood) fridge didn’t work, I don’t have a safe to protect my belongings, the couch was ripped! Guest service was NO HELP, showed NO EMPATHY!
