I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The entire hotel ran out of hot water, and there was no offer of solution or assistance. The situation was frustrating and uncomfortable, and I was left to deal with it on my own. Waited hours in hopes that the hotel would have fixed the issue but seemed like they had no rush. Le urge una renovación a este hotel en cuanto a la habitaciones. El Colchón es puro resorte. El sofá cama, aparte de ser un colchon demasiado viejo, si le quitas la funda esta demasiado sucion, pareciera que no se ha ni intentado lavar desde que aperturaron el hotel. La limpieza también deja que desear ya que las rejillas del aire estaban llenas de mugre. El Personal es muy amable y atento al igual que el lobby del hotel muy bien, pero uno que busca algo de comodidad...no vuelvo aqui hasta que remodelen o cambien los colchon... read more
I would never stay here again. First the room smells like musty like old popcorn, and then it's $16 for a drink more than any club in San Antonio. Then I find out I have to pay to park and a place where I rented a room. Garbage.
The pool was swampy green. Our family wasn't able to swim. Would not stay again.
As a Hilton diamond rewards member who travels frequently for work I was disappointed on the service. And given that I would be traveling in the area more often due to a project in the area I thought this would be a great place to stay but definitely will not be staying again. Staff was not friendly definitely felt profiled. I had also tried to request a later checkout and was even ok to pay extra for it but they were not very helpful with that also.
