This is the worst hotel i’ve ever been to, no pool you have to pay for breakfast what kind of bs is that. came down here from lubbock for my bday trip never again will i come to this hotel worst in san antonio 15$ for breakfast is crazy 🗑️
My truck was stolen from it parking spot in the front of the hotel, by the front door. Security is completely non existent. The parking lot cameras are for “show.” If you are driving I recommend you find another place to stay. No offer was made to comp my room or assist with the damages. If you leave your car parked in their PAID parking spot expect your vehicle to get stolen. I was told by the cops they target Disabled Veterans cars.
