The room they rented to me was directly under loud construction and banging all day from 8am-6pm. The room spelled of dampness or mold. I booked because I saw the indoor pool and spa in the website, it was “out of order” for my entire three day stay. Despite active loud construction taking place during guests stay and the pool/spa being unavailable the rate per night did not compensate for that whatsoever. Under going renovations
This location and Homewood Suites next door are frequently targeted for vehicle break-ins. DO NOT COME HERE with a nice vehicle or leave anything in your car. Neither hotels are responsible for damages or theft. Additionally, they have no on-site security or security systems/cameras. I guess cameras are too expensive for a multi-million dollar chain. Staff is great though and tries to go outside regularly to check. Even though that puts them in harms way since the burglars have weapons and tools they use to smash windows. FY... read more
The staff members, specifically at night, were very nice! The physical hotel itself is not in the best shape though. I am pretty sure they are currently doing construction so keep that in mind, this hotel is alright if you just want to stay the night. The laundry room was pretty dirty. The lamp in my room flickered on and off and one of my electrical sockets was loose. The dining room area looked pretty nice and the bar area was nice as well. The buffet breakfast is a waste of money
