This place was horrible, the whole place smells musty and old, rooms are dinghy and falling apart. I woke up to a huge roach crawling on my daughter's pillow. The when you go down for breakfast and they're charging $15 a plate.

As a Diamond Member, I have stayed at a multitude of Hilton properties and brands. This property would be better-off rebranded as Hilton Spark (budget version of Hilton Hotels) as it is not at the level of the Hilton Garden Inn standard (or really the overall Hilton standard) whatsoever; and, the rebrand would at least provide some excuse for the lack of basic hotel necessities. I didn't realize Hilton franchised but you can certainly tell because this place is a little run down. It smells old and the rooms aren't crisp and clean. We were in town for Monster Jam which was subsequently canceled due to the snow storm, unfortunately for us MJ waited till Saturday to cancel and we had already checked in Friday. We immediately decided to leave and head home to avoid the snow storm and offer the room to anyone in town who would need it. Rooms were fine, but no soaps in the shower. Told the front desk and still no refill for my second day. Key didn't work the second day, got housekeeping to open it. Elevators didn't work the second day with no signage. Had to call front desk from the fourth floor, stairs were on complete other side. Probably the worst property I've stayed at in as long as I can remember. Definitely putting this on the "never again" list.
