How was my stay? Let me as you. How do you think my stay was? As a former hotel employee, I understand everything that it takes to lead a hotel. To a Hilton standard. Check in time is 3:00 pm. We tried checking in at 2:00 pm but there were no rooms. I was given the standard “we had so many check outs and so many check ins we will have rooms at 3:00 pm” Scripts are for those who can’t have a conversation with a guest and improvise on their own. Purchase premium internet service but my TV streaming devices will not connect. My computer and phone connection is fine but your premium internet is the same speed as the normal internet service given to all customers. The hotel staff removed the premium internet charges from my room account.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good restaurant!
Fantastic service at this location. Also attached to the Davis Conference Center, which makes visiting there convenient. Nice looking gym and pool (but I didn't use either). Nice breakfast from 6am, but cost is extra (just FYI)! 🏨
