We arrived very late after a long day of traveling. We entered our room to a guest name that wasn’t ours on the welcome on the television. All I wanted was a hot shower and the water was lukewarm at best! That on top of the tub/shower being filthy, hair in tub and I’m not sure what else.. after cleaning it the best I could it was even more disappointing to find the water wouldn’t get hot.
This has been a halfway stop for years because of the restaurant and location. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed which made it less convenient.
I had a wedding guest stay here and was unfortunately charged for an additional night due to a misunderstanding. I attempted several times to reach the general manager but have not received a response. I am hoping the property will reach out so we can resolve this. Update: The hotel responded to this review asking me to contact them, but I had already contacted both the local Hilton Garden Inn in Salina and Hilton customer care prior to posting.
