Booked my room via Priceline and they "couldn't find" my reservation. I'm a VIP on Priceline, so I had to call them after a long hard day, and even they couldn't resolve the booking issue and had to put me up somewhere else. I can't prove it, but I suspect that if I were dressed in golf attire, they'd have magically found my reservation.
It nice place to be, nice reception nice room, nice bathroom
I blocked rooms for my daughter's wedding with Samantha Clarizio was very helpful, had great suggestions, and was very responsive. Hotel is in a lovely location and the rooms are very nice. However, the best part is how very accommodating the staff is. Great customer service with a smile! only downside is the limited room service and no lunch service at the restaurant. We all had a very nice and comfortable stay.
