I stayed here to celebrate my significant others birthday and I booked the suite with a jacuzzi in it for his birthday specifically. Check in was fine the room was fine until we tried to use the jacuzzi tub to relax in. Black stuff started coming up from the drain and we were not able to drain any of the water at that point. I told the person at check out and she said all she could do for me was give me $50 back.
