Service was a bit terse but the room was fine...what you would expect from a Hilton.

This place is straight trash but what’s worse is the staff, worst experience of my life and I’ve stayed at every kind of hotel and price point around the world. -1000/5 stars if I could. They had emergency alarms telling everyone to evacuate the building and knew they had heavy construction going on but dont tell you that when you’re checking in or give you a safety plan when you’re disabled to exit. The hotel was clean but there were a couple of things that caused us to rate this like we did. The microwave didn't work. We discovered this about 7pmish I think but we couldn't get a new one for 24 hours. Then, we needed additional towels. I went to the front desk to ask for a couple more but we as told that there was a shortage?? The girl put our room number in a list. We never got the towels. Our final morning there, maybe 3am, we realized we had no more toilet paper. And there was not a spare roll to be found anywhere. I... read more
