Charming on the outside, but needs serious TLC inside The Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsford, NY is nestled in a truly adorable and quaint town — the exterior of the hotel is just as charming, with a welcoming vibe that immediately draws you in. I am torn on this one to give it at least a 4.0. I would say a 3.8. It is very dated and in need of an update. The front needs paver, walkway and shrubbery work. All the carpets and room decor need updating. Our room was clean though and can’t complain about anything else.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but well worn. Suite was very outdated, couch and chair were filthy and stained, wouldn’t sit on them. They should have been replaced. Wall paper was peeling from the walls and lights did not work. Outdoor terrace had cigarette butts all over and furniture was strewn in a pile and very dirty. Very disappointed. This hotel needs updating.
