I loved the Hotel it was clean. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great. Only downfall was the bed was extremely too hard. My back was killing me when I left. They definitely need to get new beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board.
Pool was FREEZING! My 4 year old granddaughter who loves water jumped in and screamed and cried it was so cold!
I checked in on 1/5. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I did request a room on an upper floor facing the view of the city. He never hesitated to make the request. My daughter who had cancer had an appointment at the children's hospital across the street and she loves the view of the city. Really nice hotel. Relatively clean and the bed was so comfy. I always love a good mountain view. The chef on Friday night, Jeff, cooked a completely rubberized chicken breast. It literally felt like they microwaved it frozen. The server was so embarrassed she comped our dinner and breakfast the next morning. She was lovely herself though.
