Well well well. Nice location, very nice reception. The ladies front the desk was very polite! The room was dirty 🤮 and the new towels with foreign hair.... The waitress at breakfast was very rude. She talks very badly behind everyone's back..If they change stuff would be very nice place.!
The breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing! The hospitality at this hotel is above and beyond. Despite the hotel being busy, bustling and over-sold, the staff treated us like we were the only ones there. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed with great toiletries. Yes it is an “older” property, but the rooms were better than many other newer Hilton properties where I have stayed— reminded me of my very clean and elegant grandparents master bedroom when I was a kid. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke while visiting my godson at Virginia Tech, and I’m so glad I chose Roanoke over Blacksburg. Being closer to the airport made my trip easier, but what really made the stay memorable was the hotel itself. The property sits at the top of a hill, and the views are absolutely beautiful. I had Marissa as my server for breakfast at the Hilton garden inn at South peak. Her service was incredible - she was so sweet, caring, attentive, & responsive! Never had better service!
Food was amazing! Marissa is the best!!
