Best hotel experience. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast is delicious! James, the chef, really knows his stuff!! Will definitely be back!
Amazing food awesome staff. 10 outta 10 would stay again sir james rocked it out with the breakfast. He did the thing. He was super friendly and attentive along with wait staff. Rooms were great. Nothing left on the plates
I loved the Hotel it was clean. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great. Only downfall was the bed was extremely too hard. My back was killing me when I left. They definitely need to get new beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board.
Pool was FREEZING! My 4 year old granddaughter who loves water jumped in and screamed and cried it was so cold!
I checked in on 1/5. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I did request a room on an upper floor facing the view of the city. He never hesitated to make the request. My daughter who had cancer had an appointment at the children's hospital across the street and she loves the view of the city.
