Wow, the manager Jonathon Shea and assistant manager, Kevin, as well as the receptionist were so incredibly kind to us , I’m blown away by this amazing service!!!!
Every staffs in the hotel is very friendly. The hotel is clean and sanitary. From the physical experience to the mental experience, it is very comfortable.
This is a hotel I frequent and it’s always been my top choice in the area. However, my most recent stay was subpar. The room was didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly (previous customer’s belonging was still in the room). On top of that, the tap was jammed, we couldn’t even adjust the water temperature. I hope some changes will be made so this doesn’t happen again. Such a shame, because the staff here are so friendly.
Last Saturday our High School Class of 130 people held their 50th reunion at The Redmond HGI and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue and experience! Matt, the Catering Sales Director, was a dream to work with from the first time I contacted him the year prior, through the wrap up of our event. High quality hotel with large clean and modern rooms, great service and the breakfast is fresh and offers various meals. With great friendly service. Highly recommended.
