Stayed here for a week. I knew they charge bottled water in the hotel room, so I didn’t drink or even touch the water and also coffee during my stay. But I notice an additional charge of 2 bottles of water on my credit card after I am home. Although it’s just a very small amount, I feel they are not honest and I am very unhappy about it! Also the sound insulation is very bad in the hotel. I woke up very early because the sound from upstairs was toooo loud. This is my business trip but I won’t stay here any more.

The Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Seattle has absolutely one of the nicest staffs we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a Hilton property. Everyone made us feel welcome, and our golden retriever received the royal treatment. The hotel itself is really nice, with a small street-level parking area and a large underground garage. I didn’t see an EV charger, so I can’t confirm whether charging is available. The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, and Redmond is easy to explore on foot. Clean and modern room with great customer services by the front desk staff. We stayed here for a company offsite meeting and everything has been top notch in terms of cleanliness, staff friendliness and the prime location in downtown Redmond. Will definitely recommend and come back again!
