Pool area needs an up grade. Water was not warm. Other wise it is a nice hotel and employees were great.
At the end of July we booked a 1KNG 2DBL 2BDRM STE NONSMK room for 8/9. We paid in full in advance. Upon arrival, we were told our room was no longer available due to it flooding. Matthew, front desk manager, said he was glad we were here, that he had been waiting for us and explained what happened. Then without prompt, rebooked two king rooms side by side. This is the way a business should be handled. Everyone is so kind and the manager even came to make sure we were satisfied. I'm truly impressed! I'd stay again without a doubt! 4 stars in my opinion!
Great location! The whole place was clean! Breakfast was good and with variety. The app works great with the electronic door locks.
