This is not about the hotel itself, we stayed next door at the Hampton. This review is specifically about LINDA in the restaurant. She deserves a major shout out for her service. Going to a hotel for dinner, I did not expect much. And then we got Linda as our server, and she was the best waitress I have ever met. We came the first night of our stay and she was wonderful. Arrived to James Ivy checking-in my family and was really kind. Our double queen room ended up having a foul odor (damp/mildew after hard afternoon rain) front attendant Melissa was extremely courteous and accommodating. After Melissa left work, attendant Melvin picked right up and continued assisting me. The General Manager should also be recognized because this happens under great leadership. New hotel, nice indoor pool & exercise room. Friendly & efficient staff. Room was in great shape everything looked new & clean. , lots of TV channels. I'll stay here again!
