Nice, clean, decent size rooms and bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful- asked for more towels and received them rapidly.
If I could add more stars to this review I would! We had a convention at the Hilton Garden Crabtree and can’t not speak highly enough of the hotel, staff and service! All of the attendees, speakers and vendors loved the hotel as well! The hotel rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean! Thank you for everything!!!
Marvin & Joan were very accommodating. I kept having to extend & at the last minute. It was seamless didn't even have to wait for my digital key. I'm always late checking out & I appreciate the fact that they weren't rushing me & calling the room every 10minutes. Great customer service, great location clean well maintained hotel. Parking lot is a little tight .
This was a very nice hotel overall. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because their parking lot is way too small for a hotel of that size.
I stayed at this hotel during the 100th anniversary convention of the Professional Photographers of NC. This hotel is very well run. Rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The hotel catered our lunches and the food was fantastic.
