I booked because of the indoor pool and the weather was bad outside. The pool closed early due a birthday party which resulted in a child throwing up in the pool. Don’t know why the hotel would allow a party in the lobby where the kids went straight to the pool. What they didn’t allow was a late check out for my son to swim the next day. This was definitely one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed in. Their custom service and level of professionalism didn’t align with other Hilton I have stayed in
Hilton is our families fav. The lobby and the entire atmosphere is good. we truly enjoy our stay. Hilton is super friendly with pets.Small request- If they could consider lowing the price for regulars/members would be great
When I arrived on the night of my booking the parking was TERRIBLE. I literally had to drive around the parking lot of the hotel and the one next door for 15 minutes and nothing opened up. I parked in front of the hotel entrance and an employee who was about to leave heard me complain and offered to have me take her spot as she was leaving.
