Excellent stay here! The staff, especially Melissa at the front desk, went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, the pool is fun, and overall it's just a wonderful hotel in the perfect location.

This was my sister's & my first visit to Raleigh while attending the TNTNC Author Book Signing Event from 3/26–3/29, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel and its location were excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only minor challenge was that one of the elevators was out of service, which caused longer wait times—especially with a busy onsite event and frequent loading and unloading during setup. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel rooms and common areas were extremely clean. However, the hotel’s website is quite misleading in several important ways. Parking was a major nightmare for hotel guests. When there’s a function or event at their conference center, the limited parking fills up quickly with event attendees, leaving paying room guests struggling to find a spot. Amazing staff Cacharel H. And Jeffrey W. we're amazing. Very helpful and attentive. They were able to find me a room and made sure that both myself and kids were comfortable, rooms were clean and breakfast was phenomenal. Thank you for such a hospitable and memorable trip. I truly appreciate it.
