Absolutely love this hotel… I have stayed here since it was built. I believe maybe six years now when I come to Prescott, the staff are all amazing. Sean really helped me out today and did it with pleasure… I love eating at the restaurant sitting on the patio and just the entire experience is always wonderful. I will always come back.
Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown take a bow! The property is beautiful. The amenities are amazing and the staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are satisfied. Prescott should be proud to have this hotel!
My daughter fell in the shower because they don't have grip tape on the bottom of the tub! She is very injured and can't put weight on her feet or drive for 2 weeks! They wouldn't accommodate a late check out when it happened. They didn't give a copy of the incident report. They have us a hard time about leaving a car in the parking lot because she couldn't drive and we both had cars there. No one seemed to care that she couldn't walk from her injuries! Horrible place!
