I have recently stayed at this location on August 15th,2025. My boyfriend is a gold member and booked a room for one night. The customer service was horrible. We stayed in room 231. The shower was dirty with hairs all over. Check out time was 12 and at 11 am Norma with housekeeping was at our door rushing us out of the room. We informed the front desk about our complaints regarding the room and was charged a “smoke odor fee”. That charge was a retaliation for the complaints we spoke up about. Comfortable stay
Pros: Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast for purchase in lobby. Friendly staff. Cons: Dated. Old furniture. Wallpaper and bathroom fixtures are worn down. Hallways have an old smell. Would not return unless updated.
