I give this hotel 3 stars because they service the rooms every other day. For the premium price, I expect daily service. If I wanted to make my own bed and run out of clean towels , I’d have just stayed home. Sure, they tell you that you can request anything you need, but why should I? Call me a boomer, but my for whole life one of the better things about a vacation was coming back from a long day and finding your room refreshed and laundered. This has to be one of the worst Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at. The price is ridiculous close to $300/night on weekend plus $45/day for valet parking. I suggest park on street bc it is free from 8 pm-9am and just pay through ParkMobile app the couple hours you need your car there. Also older hotel and not taken care of very well. Lots of traffic and guests stay here bc of great location but not much upkeep. Chipped tile in elevator, mold around shower drain, and mold in corners of showers.
