perfect spot for exploring old port. plenty to do and see . reasonable parking. $10 cheaper than anywhere else I looked. clean rooms. nice amenities and pleasant service. good value for the $.
We checked in to Hilton Garden Inn waterfront on 10/23. Mid afternoon. We were greeted by Kylie who was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful! Not only helping with the usual check in procedures, but helped with things not related to check in. Kylie went above and beyond what would be expected at check in. We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the location of the hotel! Housekeeping was amazing, we stayed for three nights, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day, which you don’t see often anymore after Covid. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hot cider in the evenings was such a thoughtful and cozy touch after walking around during the cool hours. Highly recommend this hotel!
This is a nice hotel with valet parking. Convenient downtown location. The hotel rooms are rather dated. We had delicious salads in their bar. Excellent! Great service.
Truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on the waterfront in Portland ME. Samil hooked us up with a very nice corner room and Caroline was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again if in the area.
