We’ve stayed at different hotels both in the Portland area and out of state, and this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I was reached out to over text before we got to the hotel, and Kylie was super helpful in answering the questions I had. Once we arrived, the valets, Maggie and Carl I believe, were wonderful, as was the lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name). Room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be back!
Great location...close to restaurants & shops
Location is great and very convenient. We had a room with a view of the water and it was gorgeous! Did not use the valet service, so I cannot speak on whether that is worth the $40/night that they charge. We paid $50 for two nights of parking elsewhere, and walked to the hotel with no issue. Elevators NEED to be updated!!! They were slow, shaky, and seemed to get stuck at various points. Panels inside were falling apart and buttons barely worked. Scary!
