Located by the historic area. Good sized rooms and good clear staff service.
Location was great. Jacuzzi is a big soaking tub. No jets. False advertising at best. The woman at the counter claims it’s cause they are on a fault line…. Like the jets would cause an earthquake. Unreal excuse. Plus they charged me nearly double any amount I agreed to and said it’s for three different fees never agreed to or discussed. I’ll never be back and reporting to th BBB. Great view though…
Very pet friendly, perfect downtown location, the staff are so great! Rooms got four stars because their TVs are not smart TVs so no apps unless you bring your own device. Room phone was broken. Otherwise, always my favorite Portland hotel.
