Disappointed with Service at Hilton Garden Inn Pomona I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Pomona (Oct 20-Oct 23) and was very disappointed with the service standards during my visit. Despite being a Hilton property, no housekeeping service was provided throughout my stay. I had to call twice (9:20 Am and 12:30 PM) just to request towels and toiletries, and on the third occasion (1:40 PM), I had to go to the front desk to collect them myselfAnd I was told that "housekeeping doesn't have time today" by the lady at the front... read more
