I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this hotel really impressed me. The moment I walked in, it felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and helped me check in quickly. My room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the blackout curtains, which made it easy to sleep in. Great location too — close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I’d definitely stay again.
You have to turn the hot water on at least 5 minutes before it would even come out hot. Was charged for breakfast even though I'm Diamond and get the credit, they fixed easily with a phone call so that's good but unnecessary hassle.
Clean rooms, the staff allowed me to check in early and to check out late which was nice
Horrible all the way around. Not enough towels, no housekeeping unless you stay multiple days. During our stay, they allowed ICE to stay here as well so there was lots of disturbances. Will never come back.
