Overall this is a pretty nice hotel. Our room faced the freeway so it was a bit too nosey for our baby but not for adults used to some noise. The location is great if you have business in Tempe or Phoenix since you are literally right next to the freeway you can get to most of local attractions quickly via car. I was a bit frustrated to learn at check in that they charge an additional $10 dollars a night for parking. Ben at the front desk was very accommodating and made my stay top tier!
Clean room, plenty of hot water. A)c very loud when it clicks on/off...will wake you if light sleeper. Decent little bar in lobby serving decent burger fries and Munchies. Tight parking around building perimeter and cheap money grab by hotel to charge nightly for parking via 3rd party. You will be frustrated by trying to use external signage QR code to pay parking.
